With more than 25 years of construction experience, Jesus Tovar brings extensive field knowledge and leadership to his role as VP of Field Operations. He oversees heavy civil operations across the state on multiple projects, working closely with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to maintain schedules, coordinate daily operations, and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
